Assembling the outer frame
Before lifting the frame into the opening, 3mm packers need to be secured to the outer sides of the frame. 3mm packers will need trimming down to sit into the slim void in the frame and can be secured using silicone/fixall. Packers should be applied on either end of each hinge as shown in the video below.
If the frame is being coupled to a fixed sidelight, then the 3mm packers are not required on the side of the frame being coupled.

The packers should then be marked in pencil on the face of the profile to highlight where they sit when the frame is in the opening. This is done to easily find the fixing points required.
The screws at the bottom of the frame can then be removed to allow the bottom plate to be taken away. This bar is not a threshold and is purely in place to secure the frame during transport. The frame can now be lifted into the opening.

Installing the outer frame
Begin by packing under the frame if required to sit the frame at the correct height. This may not be required depending on how the opening has been surveyed. The packing is to ensure the sash will clear the flooring that the sash is opening across.
The top of the frame should then be packed accordingly to secure the frame in the opening, and level the length of the top track.
Packing can then be inserted behind the sides of the frame to ensure the frame is sitting square within the opening. The packing should be sat in line with the marked packers that you have previously secured in the frame. This is to ensure the new packing sits on top of the 3mm packers and prevents any potential twisting from occurring when the frame is fixed in place.
The outer frame should then be re-checked for level prior to fixing the frame in place. On the jambs, pilot holes can now be created using a 3mm drill bit initially. The pilot holes should go through the centre section of the profile, and in the same position as your packing behind the jambs. The pilot holes should only go through two layers of the profile and not into the opening itself.
The pilot holes should then be counter sunk into the profile to allow the screw heads to sit flush with the profile. Fixings can then be applied to the frame to secure the frame in position. The doors can then be closed to check that they can lock in place and have the correct gap for locking. If required, re-pack the outer frame to accommodate the correct locking gap.
The top track can then be fixed in place with fixings spaced between 50-150mm from the corner of the frame and ideally one fixing per sash across the head of the frame.

Installing the sashes
Firstly, packing is required underneath the locking side of the sash to sit the sash at the correct height prior to glazing. This is key for assisting with the toe and heeling process. After packing underneath, check that the gap across the top of the sash is even across its width.
The glazing beads can then be removed from the sash by pushing forward on the front edge of the bead to unclip it from the profile. The sides will need to be removed first.
One of the slim 4mm packers provided (in the components box) can then be sat into the bottom hinge side corner of the sash. As shown in the video below, this should sit in the centre of the sash chamber.

The glass can then be lifted into the sash and sat on to the packer. The bottom glazing bead can then be clipped back into the frame to hold the glass in place.
Further glazing packers can then be installed into the top locking side of the sash as shown in the video, followed by a packer in the bottom corner on the hinge side of the sash. This re-distributes the weight of the unit and will aid in lifting the sash to sit at the right height.
The bead can then be clipped back into place, and the process needs to be followed for the rest of the glazing units. The packer positioning should be consistent on each sash to ensure the locking side of the sash/es sits at the correct height for smooth locking/latching. A way of checking this is ensuring there is a consistent gap right across the head of the sashes, where they meet the frame.
The remaining components can then be installed on to the sash and frame.
